Advisors
National Advisory Counci (NAC)/Project Advisory Council (PAC)
NCDC by its constitution has provision of NAC/PAC. The NAC advises various project activities as well coordinates with the central level line agencies. NAC also supports for organizational development and interacts with different national and international communities on behalf of NCDC. The NAC meeting is held twice a year, 1 in Kathmandu and 1 in Ilam.

District Advisory Council (DAC)
NCDC also has provision of DAC at project implementation districts. Currently, DAC is formed in Ilam District only. The DAC advises project activities as well establish coordination between government line agencies. The DAC meeting is held once a year.
