All interested pre-qualified installer/manufacturer/construction companies by AEPC/ESAP are invited to bid for the Supply of electro-mechanical equipments, installation, construction/erection, testing and commissioning work of Micro-hydropower project. The following terms and conditions are to be followed: Sawa Khola MH Users Committee is implementing Sawa Khola MHP (installed capacity 14 kW) with a subsidy support of NRs. 1.75 Million from GoN/Alternative Energy Promotion Center/Energy Sector Assistance Programme (AEPC/ESAP). The project is aimed to electrify about 136 households in Sawadin VDC of Taplejung district. The users committee intends to apply this subsidy to the eligible payments system under the contract for which this invitation for quotation (Bid Call Notice) is published. Beside the REF subsidy, the users committee will collect remaining budget as equity from 136 beneficiary households and from other sources or loans and local contribution. Call for quotation (bid call notice) is opened to all interested pre-qualified installer/manufacturer/ construction companies by AEPC/ESAP for the Supply, Construction/Erection, Testing and Commissioning work of the micro-hydro/mini-grid projects. On behalf of the Sawa Khola Micro-hydro users committee, Regional Renewable Energy Service Center/Namsaling Community Development Center (RRESC/NCDC) forwards this bid call notice as per request from the users committee dated 27 February 2012.This bid notice and bill of quantities (BOQ) with specification are available in website of NCDC ( HYPERLINK "http://www.ncdcilam.org" www.ncdcilam.org) and AEPC/ESAP (www.aepc.gov.np).
